Shipping Policy


All shipping from Deadly.ie is handled by An Post within Ireland. We do not dropship any products whatsoever. 


Order processing time

All packets are processed every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday night. This post are handed over to An Post the next working day. An Post generally delivers within 2-3 working days. 


If you order after that day’s fulfilment has been completed, you will be included in the next batch of orders. For example, if you order late on Thursday night, your order will be processed on Sunday night and handed off on Monday afternoon to An Post. In this instance you should expect your post by Wednesday. 


You may receive a ‘fulfilled’ email - this means the order is packed, and not that the post has been handed to An Post. 


Purchasing Tracked Shipping will not speed up the processing of your order at source, but it may speed up the process during An Post’s process. 


Tracking

If you need tracking on your order, you must purchase the upgraded tracked shipping. You cannot track the ‘untracked and uninsured’ option.

An Post should be your first port of call for any lost tracked shipping. 

For untracked shipping which is lost, customers can reach out to us here to obtain proof of dispatch, from which they can raise an issue with An Post - however we strongly recommend that you purchase Tracked Shipping whenever possible. 


Collection

Collections are not available.


Delays

Delays may be outside of our control. We will make every attempt to get the delivery to you in a timely manner, but occurrences such as strikes, public holidays, peak season delays (and more) may reduce the speed of your delivery. We are not responsible for any issues caused by such delays. 


Returns

Customs are responsible for the cost of any and all returns.

All returns must be received unopened and in a saleable condition (i.e. no scratches, all pieces intact, etc)
