This is a tilt pin - it’s two pins, one overlaid onto another with a sliding mechanism underneath. Homer forms the sliding part and he’ll appear and disappear when the pin is tilted. Simply slide him back into the bush, or let him slide back in, when you tilt him back.
It’s 45mm wide, 35mm tall and made with hard enamel. There are two pins on the back to keep it in position, both with rubber clutches.
